Oscar was WD for his last points to finish his championship at the Sierra Slopes Ibizan Hound Specialty in CA. He is the 9th Champion from the Grand Finale litter. Oscar also was third place coursing for his first points on the field. Congratulations to David!

Congratulations to Alisa on Lava's second Best in Field! Lava is from the 2013 Grand Finale Litter.

The Atlanta shows had some exciting achievements! Sol, from the 2015 Kiss Litter, won her first major on Thursday.  Friday, Ami was reserve to the major and on Saturday Ami was BOW for a major, completing her Championship title. She is the eighth champion from the 2013 Grand Finale Litter! Sol was also reserve to the major.

It's been a big Kamar weekend all over the place!  In Florida, Ami won BOB in the show ring, leaving her only three points to go for her championship. In Canada, Sage finished her Canadian Grand Champion title.  In Iowa, Lava was BOB at an ASFA lure coursing trial and finally in Arizona, Risa had a big show cluster, going BOS and Select and ending the cluster with a BOB and an owner-handler group 3. Congrats to all! 

Ami, Lava and Risa are from the 2013 Grand Finale Litter and Sage is from the 2015 Fly Litter. 

The 2016 Nationals was a big weekend for Kamar, with almost every litter represented.  The week started with Norma in the performance rings, winning the high scoring BN obedience prize and qualifying in agility for second place.  

This was followed by AKC lure coursing, where Norma won the Performance Stake and placed second in her flight. Her brother Niko was fourth in his stake and Thea was fourth place in her stake. 

On the day of the National Specialty, the big excitement of the day was Lava winning Best Of Opposite Sex! Huge congratulations to Alisa on a wonderful job with her! Her brother Niko also made the cut in the breed ring during his debut as a special. Thea and Izzy also won their classes. 

The next day at the supported entry shows, puppy Izzy, from the youngest Kamar litter, wow'd everyone by going WB for her second major! Great job, Sabrina! Lava was also Select.

In ASFA lure coursing, Norma once again won the Performance Stake and was fourth place in her stake. Niko was NBQ.

Risa started off a great weekend as BOB at the Rocky Mountain Hound Specialty in Colorado over a large entry and winning Select the second day and Best of Opposite the last day.  Risa is from the 2013 Grand Finale litter. Congratulations, Brianne!

Meanwhile, in Kansas, Lava was BOB and Select, as well as earning an Owner Handler Group Two. Lava is from the 2013 Grand Finale Litter. Thea earned her first major as WB. Seren also was BOW in the same weekend for her second major. Congratulations to Sam and Leah! Thea and Seren are from the 2015 Fly Litter.

Happy birthday to the 2013 Grand Finale litter! Lava celebrated with a Group Three and Risa celebrated with her tenth Best in Field. Awesome job, girls! Izzy from the 2016 Double litter debuted in her first show with a three point major and a major reserve  at a day over six months old, as well as a puppy group 3. Big congrats to Sabrina!

Dewey won her first Best in Field this past weekend. Big congratulations to Lisa McKay and Debbie Peterson.  Dewey is from the 2013 Grand Finale Litter and is the fifth BIF winner from this litter and Kenzie's ninth BIF winning offspring.  She also finished her field champion title, making her Kenzie's tenth DC offspring.

Meanwhile, in Iowa, Lava won back to back BOBs at ASFA lure coursing.  Seren and Thea debuted in ASFA and earned their first points, alternating for second and third place.  Lava is from the 2013 Grand Finale Litter and Seren and Thea are from the 2015 Fly Litter.

Norma had an awesome debut in her agility career, scoring two 100s in Novice Jumpers With Weaves. Big congrats to the amazing team of Norma and Susan!

Meanwhile, Risa was Select Bitch one day and AOM the following day at the Sierra Slopes Ibizan Hound Specialty.  Congrats!

It was a big weekend for the Grand Finale litter, with Risa  winning her ninth Best in Field, Dewey winning her second AKC lure coursing major, and Norma winning first in FCH both days at the ASFA Region 7 Invitational and Ami winning second to her.  Ami also finished her ASFA Lure Courser of Merit title. Congratulations all around!
