Ayla had a great weekend at the trial in TN. She was BOB both days and was called back to run off a tie out of a large group of hounds the first day, ultimately losing to the Greyhound while on her 6th run of the day, and then won Best in Field the second day. This is Ayla's 3rd BIF win, and she's really on a roll.

At the same trial, two of the Mind kids added more points toward their FC and finished their Senior Courser titles. Fable and London ran great and are getting more confident in their running legs!

Ayla won her second Best in Field this weekend in South Carolina!

It was a successful weekend for Dean and Knots! In FL, Knots finished his NAJ title and his OF agility titles with multiple first places. He and Andrea are really an amazing team. Knots also officially received his IHCUS Versatility Certificate Diamond, and at this time he's only one of five Ibizans to have ever achieved this. It's a pretty incredible achievement.

In SC, Dean was the double Meet Winner of the weekend in NOTRA, and finished both his ORC and his SOR titles. He's the first Kamar Ibizan to earn his NOTRA champion title.  Ayla also finished her JOR title this weekend

As an additional wonderful surprise, I received a special letter from AKC. I was awarded AKC Lure Coursing Breeder of the Year for 2020. This is a very special honor for me and for my efforts for the breed, and I was very proud to receive it.

Gigi had a great weekend, finishing her AKC Field Champion title and her Senior Courser title in the same day, and then going on to win Best in Field! Good job representing, Baby G, and tackling those hills in Reidsville!

Ayla was also first place in Specials, with Sol having tied for first but forfeited due to not wanting to aggravate an old injury. Both girls are running machines. On Sunday, Ayla was BOB for LCX points.

Several Kamar Beezers headed to TN this weekend, and had a great time. Ayla was BOB on Saturday, and Gigi was first place in Open both days for both of her majors toward her AKC Field Champion title. She's left only needing a few points. Halo also added some LCX points. 

Knots has kept up the pace, adding to his very long name. This weekend he added his Scentwork Buried Advanced title. Go, Knots and Andrea!

Congratulations to John and Cindy on Halo finishing her ASFA Field Champion title! Halo has become a consistent lure coursing girl. 

In SC, Dean was the LGRA meet winner, and Ayla was the NOTRA meet winner. 

​Meanwhile, Ami officially proved what we already knew by getting her AKC Temperament Test title.

We had a great weekend in Florida! Knots won his third Best in Field on Saturday, Ayla won Specials both days for 10 LCX points, Sol was second in Specials on Sunday and Gigi was second in Open both days for her first trial and first points.  Sol also finished her LCX title and Master Courser.

It was a big weekend, with lure coursing in FL and the Mind puppies showing elsewhere. Ayla was the big star, taking back to back 5 point majors to finish her AKC Field Championship, and finishing her title with a BOB over an entry of 18 and a Best in Field.  Her brother, Knots, also won Specials Sunday for 5 points. Niko was 4th out of 11 on Saturday and finished his Master Courser title. 

Meanwhile, Mind puppies Fable and London earned their first points on their first adventure into the show ring. Congratulations to MacKenzie & Hiland!
