London had a great day doing scentwork, getting 6 Qs and finishing the last components on her Scent Work Advanced title! Breve stormed the weekend at lure coursing, getting her fourth and fifth BIF, which qualifies her for the IHCUS Hall of Fame! Breve's housemate, Forrest, also finished his ASFA Field Champion title yesterday! London is from the 2020 Mind Litter. Breve is from the 2023 Spring Litter. Forrest is from the 2023 Bright Litter.
Sol and Junior had a great time at one of their favorite games. Sol earned a 3rd place in Advanced Buried, to finish her Scent Work Advanced title. Junior channeled his father, Fly, and placed 1st and 3rd in his Novice Buried runs, to finish his Scent Work Novice title! Sol is from the 2015 Kiss Litter. Junior is from the 2022 Art Litter. 
Big congrats to Dee and Ailah on finishing Ailah's Scentwork Novice Exterior title! She loves it as much as her dad and siblings. Ailah is from the 2022 Art Litter.  It was a great day doing scentwork! Fly was 3/4 excellent Qs (2 Buried and 1 interior). This finished his Scentwork Excellent Buried title. Sol was 7/8 Qs... including 6/7 advanced (2 exterior, 2 container, 2 interior and 1 buried) and 1/1 exterior excellent. Sol finished 3 Advanced element titles (exterior, container and interior). She moved up to Excellent exterior and got a 3rd place in a challenging search. Junior got 7/8 Qs (2 container, 2 buried, 2 exterior and 1 interior). He also got 3 first placements, a 2nd place and a 4th place. He finished 3 titles (Scentwork container novice, interior novice and exterior novice) today as well. Zest finished her Advanced Exterior and Advanced Interior titles and earned her first Excellent Exterior Q in a particularly challenging search at the end of a long day. Fly is from the 2011 Solo Litter. Sol is from the 2015 Kiss Litter. Junior is from the 2022 Art Litter. Zest is from the 2021 Sun Litter.
Sol had her first NACSW NW3 trial. This level is very challenging as we have 6 searches with an unknown # of hides (0 to 3). You need to be perfect with no errors or faults or earn 2 NW3 legs to get the NW3 title. Sol found 11/11 hides and we had 1 error (ran out of time in one search) but we earned an NW3 leg. We also got pronounced in 2 searches as well which is a special nod from the judges.  Zest and Sol both participated in Right Choice Dog Training's NW2 in Jefferson today. Both of them completed their NW2 title with Sol earning 3 pronounced searches. Meanwhile, Kevin went Best of Winners and Best Opposite for her first Major! She is down to just needing one last Major to finish. Additionally, Flex earned his Novice JWW title today! It was a big weekend for the Sun Litter! Zest, Kevin & Flex are from the 2021 Sun Litter. Sol is from the 2015 Kiss Litter.  Zest & Sol  Kevin  Flex Cora debuted with her dad handling her and they accomplished something pretty amazing! Cora was awarded Advanced High In Trial! She's only the second Ibizan to earn a HIT, with the first one being her father, Fly. She's made her family super proud! Cora is from the 2020 Mind Litter.  Not to be outdone by his kids, Fly has been making progress on his Scent Work titles, having finished his Container Excellent title and added some Qs in others. Fly is from the 2011 Solo Litter.  London is following in the steps of her dad and siblings and taking well to Scent Work. She earned her novice title today! London is from the 2020 Mind Litter.  |
