It was a great weekend at the ASFA Winter Challenge with lots of Kamar placements.

On Thursday in Open, Sol was second place, Dewey was third and Kelia was fourth. In Veterans, Poison was first, Farrah was second and Kenzie was third.

On Friday in Open, Niko was first place and best of breed, Dewey was second, Sol was third and Aiden was NBQ. In FCH, Kelia was second and Deckard was third. In Veterans, Poison was second place, Farrah was third and Kenzie was fourth. Niko was also Best in Field, making him the sixth BIF winner from the 2013 Grand Finale litter and Kenzie's ninth BIF winning offspring. This also marked Kamar's 50th BIF win.

On Saturday in Open, Dewey was second place, Niko was third, Aiden was fourth and Sol was NBQ. In FCH, Fly was second place, Kelia was third and Norma was fourth. In Veterans, Poison was second place, Kenzie was third and Farrah was fourth. 

In Singles, Jasper was first place Friday and Saturday and Rowan was second place.

In California, Risa was BOB once again!

Risa finished her Grand Champion Bronze with another BOB. Congrats to Risa! Risa is Kamar Ibizans' first Bronze GCH. She is from the 2013 Grand Finale litter.

It's been a big Kamar weekend all over the place!  In Florida, Ami won BOB in the show ring, leaving her only three points to go for her championship. In Canada, Sage finished her Canadian Grand Champion title.  In Iowa, Lava was BOB at an ASFA lure coursing trial and finally in Arizona, Risa had a big show cluster, going BOS and Select and ending the cluster with a BOB and an owner-handler group 3. Congrats to all!

Risa continues her wild streak by winning her 11th Best in Field, which also completed her LCX2 title. Risa is from the 2013 Grand Finale Litter.

Risa started off a great weekend as BOB at the Rocky Mountain Hound Specialty in Colorado over a large entry and winning Select the second day and Best of Opposite the last day.  Risa is from the 2013 Grand Finale litter. Congratulations, Brianne!

Meanwhile, in Kansas, Lava was BOB and Select, as well as earning an Owner Handler Group Two. Lava is from the 2013 Grand Finale Litter. Thea earned her first major as WB. Seren also was BOW in the same weekend for her second major. Congratulations to Sam and Leah! Thea and Seren are from the 2015 Fly Litter.

Happy birthday to the 2013 Grand Finale litter! Lava celebrated with a Group Three and Risa celebrated with her tenth Best in Field. Awesome job, girls! Izzy from the 2016 Double litter debuted in her first show with a three point major and a major reserve  at a day over six months old, as well as a puppy group 3. Big congrats to Sabrina!

Risa won her third BIE this weekend over an entry of 71 dogs, making it her second BIE in a row at the Ibizan Hound Classic Specialty. She went on to be AOM and Select at the morning and afternoon shows and on Sunday she was Select, as well as Best Brace in Show with her housemate, Carmen. Big congrats, Risa and Brianne!

This weekend in Perry, Sol debuted in the show ring and was WB Thursday and Friday for her first two points. She finished her weekend with BOW and two more points. Yeah, Soli-bear!

Susan and Norma also had a great day at Perry, getting Norma's first Beginner Novice Obedience Q and finishing her Novice Agility Jumpers title.  They are an amazing team!

Norma had an awesome debut in her agility career, scoring two 100s in Novice Jumpers With Weaves. Big congrats to the amazing team of Norma and Susan!

Meanwhile, Risa was Select Bitch one day and AOM the following day at the Sierra Slopes Ibizan Hound Specialty.  Congrats!
